TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION 1: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Earth Mystery School website, enrolling in any program, purchasing any product or service, or registering for any retreat or session, you (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the website or purchase any offering.

These Terms apply to all offerings provided by Earth Mystery School LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Earth Mystery School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including:

  • Online courses, programs, and memberships
  • Online community access (Kajabi, WhatsApp, and other platforms)
  • Digital downloadable products
  • Retreats held in Costa Rica and other locations
  • 1:1 readings and healing sessions with Lizzie Tilia

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All Earth Mystery School offerings are intended for adults only.

 

SECTION 2: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1 Online Courses and Programs

Earth Mystery School offers live and pre-recorded educational programs delivered through the Kajabi platform. Content may include video lessons, audio recordings, written materials, group calls, Q&A sessions, and community access. Access periods and included features are defined at the time of purchase and may vary by offering.

2.2 Online Community

Enrollment in certain programs includes access to a private community hosted on Kajabi or WhatsApp. Community access is a supplementary benefit and does not constitute the primary deliverable of any program. Earth Mystery School reserves the right to modify, migrate, or discontinue community access at any time without notice. Community participation is governed by Section 5 of these Terms.

2.3 Digital Downloadable Products

Earth Mystery School offers digital products including guided meditations, workbooks, templates, song recordings, and other downloadable content. All digital product sales are final at the time of download or access. No refunds are available for digital products.

2.4 Retreats in Costa Rica

Earth Mystery School organizes immersive in-person retreat experiences, primarily in the Monteverde Cloud Forest region of Costa Rica. Retreats are spiritual, educational, and experiential in nature. All retreat participation is subject to the additional terms in Section 8 of these Terms and the International Retreat Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Waiver provided at the time of booking.

2.5 1:1 Readings and Healing Sessions

Earth Mystery School offers individual sessions with Lizzie Tilia, including spiritual readings, energy healing, and related modalities. These sessions are spiritual and educational in nature only. See Section 7 for the full disclaimer governing these services.

 

SECTION 3: PAYMENT TERMS

3.1  All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

3.2  Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan option is explicitly offered and selected at checkout.

3.3  By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Earth Mystery School to charge your payment method according to the installment schedule agreed at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and funded for the full duration of the plan.

3.4  You are obligated to complete all installments in a payment plan regardless of whether you continue to actively participate in the program. Non-payment may result in suspension of program access. All prior payments are non-refundable.

3.5  Earth Mystery School uses PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card information.

3.6  Earth Mystery School reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect purchases already completed.

 

SECTION 4: REFUND POLICY

All refund requests are governed by Earth Mystery School’s Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at earthmysteryschool.com/refund-policy.

Summary by product type:

  • Online courses and programs: All sales are final once access is granted. Exceptions only for duplicate charges or documented technical failure preventing access.
  • Digital downloadable products: No refunds under any circumstances once downloaded or accessed.
  • Retreats: Tiered refund schedule based on cancellation date. A 5% non-refundable administrative fee applies to refunds issued for cancellations more than 6 months before the retreat date. No refund is available for cancellations within 3 months of the retreat start date.
  • 1:1 readings and healing sessions: Cancellations with 48+ hours notice may reschedule at no charge. Cancellations under 48 hours and no-shows are forfeited without refund or reschedule.

SECTION 5: COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND CONDUCT

5.1  By participating in any Earth Mystery School space including Kajabi community pages, WhatsApp groups, live calls, or in-person retreats, you agree to engage with respect, integrity, and care for all other participants.

5.2  The following behaviors are prohibited across all Earth Mystery School spaces:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted hostility toward any participant, facilitator, or staff member
  • Discriminatory, derogatory, or harmful language or behavior based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic
  • Reproducing, sharing, or distributing any program content, session recordings, or proprietary materials without written permission
  • Soliciting or promoting external products, services, or businesses without prior written permission from Earth Mystery School
  • Recording any live session, call, or retreat activity without explicit written consent
  • Sharing personal information, session disclosures, or content belonging to other participants outside of the community
  • Any behavior that disrupts the integrity, safety, or energetic container of the group or program

5.3  Earth Mystery School reserves the right to remove any student from a program, community, or retreat at its sole discretion for violation of these standards or any other conduct deemed harmful to the community, without refund of any amounts paid.

5.4  Students removed for conduct violations forfeit all remaining access, credits, and future enrollment rights, without refund.

 

SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1  All content created, delivered, or made available by Earth Mystery School, including course materials, recorded sessions, live call recordings, written teachings, guided meditations, songs, frameworks, rituals, workbooks, spiritual methodologies, and all other program materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Earth Mystery School LLC and Lizzie Tilia.

6.2  Your enrollment or purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Earth Mystery School content for your own personal spiritual development. This license does not grant ownership rights of any kind.

6.3  You may not reproduce, copy, resell, republish, publicly share, teach from, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Earth Mystery School content without prior written consent.

6.4  You may not screen-record, screenshot, or distribute any live or recorded session, teaching, or ceremony without written permission.

6.5  Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate removal from all programs without refund. Earth Mystery School reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

 

SECTION 7: SPIRITUAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

7.1 Nature of Services

The readings, energy healing sessions, spiritual teachings, guided meditations, ceremonies, and other offerings provided by Earth Mystery School and Lizzie Tilia are spiritual and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice or treatment.

7.2 Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Nothing offered by Earth Mystery School, including but not limited to readings, energy healing, breathwork, ceremony, sound healing, or intuitive guidance, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health therapy. Earth Mystery School does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any physical, mental, or emotional health condition.

7.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes

All teachings, sessions, and program content are offered for personal exploration, growth, and spiritual development. Earth Mystery School makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, transformations, or experiences.

7.4 Personal Responsibility

By participating in any Earth Mystery School service, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. You agree that any insights, guidance, or experiences derived from Earth Mystery School offerings are received and applied at your own discretion and risk.

7.5 Please Seek Professional Help When Needed

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, acute psychological distress, a medical emergency, or any condition requiring licensed professional intervention, please seek appropriate care immediately. Earth Mystery School is not equipped to provide emergency support or crisis intervention of any kind.

7.6 Voluntary Participation

Your participation in all Earth Mystery School offerings, including readings, healing sessions, ceremonies, and immersive retreat experiences, is entirely voluntary. You understand and accept that spiritual and energetic work involves personal, subjective experiences and that you choose to engage with this work of your own free will.

SECTION 8: RETREAT PARTICIPATION TERMS

8.1  By registering for a retreat, you represent that you are in adequate physical and mental health to participate in all retreat activities. It is your responsibility to consult a licensed healthcare provider prior to attending if you have any pre-existing physical or mental health conditions.

8.2  You are solely responsible for arranging and funding all international travel, including flights, ground transportation, and any travel-related costs not explicitly included in the retreat package.

8.3  You are responsible for holding a valid passport and complying with all Costa Rican entry requirements. Earth Mystery School is not responsible for any costs or losses arising from your failure to secure proper travel documentation.

8.4  Travel insurance is mandatory for all international retreat participants. Minimum coverage requirements are set out in the International Retreat Participation Agreement provided at booking. Earth Mystery School is not responsible for any costs related to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, or any other travel-related incidents.

8.5  Participation in retreat activities, including but not limited to movement practices, breathwork, ceremony, plant-based rituals, outdoor nature immersion, and group container experiences, involves inherent physical, emotional, and spiritual risk. By registering for a retreat, you voluntarily assume all such risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release Earth Mystery School LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, and agents from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from or related to your retreat participation. A separate International Retreat Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Waiver is required to be signed as a condition of participation.

8.6  Earth Mystery School reserves the right to remove any participant from a retreat at any time for behavior that violates community standards or poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of other participants. Removal does not entitle the participant to any refund.

8.7  Earth Mystery School reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary, schedule, facilitators, or activities at any time due to operational, logistical, weather, or safety requirements. Modifications to the itinerary do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the retreat is cancelled entirely.

8.8  Earth Mystery School is not liable for cancellations or postponements caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or venue closures. In such cases, Earth Mystery School will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or offer a credit, but no refund is guaranteed beyond what is required by applicable law.

 

SECTION 9: PRIVACY AND DATA

9.1  When you use our website, enroll in a program, or make a purchase, we may collect personal information including your name, email address, and payment details processed by secure third-party processors.

9.2  We use your personal data solely for the purposes of providing our services, communicating with you about your enrollment, and improving our offerings. We do not sell or share your personal information for third-party marketing purposes.

9.3  All payment information is processed through PCI DSS-compliant platforms. Earth Mystery School does not store or have direct access to your credit card details.

SECTION 10: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1  Earth Mystery School’s website, programs, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

10.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Earth Mystery School LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or personal injury, arising from your use of any Earth Mystery School service, program, or content.

10.3  Earth Mystery School’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Earth Mystery School in the twelve months preceding the claim.

 

SECTION 11: PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Earth Mystery School website or services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Earth Mystery School or any third party
  • To harass, harm, threaten, or discriminate against any person
  • To transmit malicious code, spam, or any disruptive content
  • To collect personal information of other users without consent
  • To reproduce or distribute Earth Mystery School content without written permission
  • To impersonate Earth Mystery School, Lizzie Tilia, or any other person

 

SECTION 12: DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact Earth Mystery School at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days.

12.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Earth Mystery School services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered in the State of Florida, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

 

SECTION 13: GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.1  Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Earth Mystery School regarding your use of our services.

13.2  Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.3  Waiver. Failure by Earth Mystery School to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.4  Updates to Terms. Earth Mystery School reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.5  Termination. Earth Mystery School may terminate your access to any program or service at any time for violation of these Terms. Obligations incurred prior to termination survive the end of the agreement.
