Here’s the process:

1. Watch the welcome video, I drop a lot of nuggets in there.

2. Watch the ‘3 wounds’ videos on 3 separate days this week. SIMMER, enjoy, reflect. These are the most important videos aside from ‘the practice.’ Just focus on this the first week. Pay attention to all of your self limiting beliefs on magic.

3. After this first week, listen to the preliminary audios.

4. Create the best possible learning experience for yourself, get a clock that isn't your phone, make a schedule for yourself to do the practice daily, and make a comfy spot in your house to drop in. You might have to test out a few spots in your home until you find one that works.

5. Watch the practice videos, GET IN THERE. In the beginning of learning anything, you need repetition. Weave this relationship into your daily practice.

6. Follow along with the emails I send you, they will be helpful north stars for your process.
