SECTION 1: GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT
Earth Mystery School LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is committed to delivering high-quality educational programs, retreats, and personal sessions. Because our offerings involve significant preparation, reserved capacity, and digital access, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
By completing a purchase on our website or through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

SECTION 2: ONLINE COURSES AND PROGRAM PURCHASES
2.1 General Rule
All sales of online courses, digital programs, memberships, and recorded content are final. Once you have been granted access to a program, no refunds will be issued.
2.2 Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
(a) Duplicate Purchase
You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error. Refunds for duplicate purchases will be processed within 10 business days of verification.
(b) Technical Failure
A documented technical failure on our platform prevented you from accessing the program entirely, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of your report.
2.3 What Is Not Covered
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use or engage with the program
- Dissatisfaction with content after access has been granted
- Personal circumstances that prevent participation
- Misunderstanding of program content or scope
2.4 Payment Plans
If you are enrolled in a payment plan, you are responsible for all installments regardless of whether you continue to actively participate in the program. Access may be paused for non-payment, but prior payments are non-refundable.
2.5 Acknowledgment at Checkout
Prior to completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy. This acknowledgment is a condition of sale.
SECTION 3: RETREAT PURCHASES
3.1 Administrative Fee
Earth Mystery School charges a non-refundable administrative fee of 5% of the total retreat price on all refunds issued to cover credit card processing costs and administrative expenses incurred at the time of booking. This fee applies only to refunds processed under Section 3.2(a) (cancellations more than 6 months out). It does not apply to partial refunds, zero-refund situations, or refunds issued due to EMS cancellation.
3.2 Cancellation by Student
Refund eligibility is determined by the date on which written cancellation is received at [email protected]. The following schedule applies to all retreat purchases:

All refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
3.3 Credit Option
For cancellations in any refund-eligible window, students may elect to receive a full credit toward a future Earth Mystery School retreat in lieu of the applicable cash refund. The credit option must be elected in writing at the time of cancellation. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
3.4 Student Fills Own Spot
If a cancelling student identifies and secures a replacement participant for their reserved spot, a full refund will be issued, including any administrative fee, regardless of the cancellation timeline. The replacement participant must complete their registration and payment in full before the refund is processed.

3.5 Cancellation by Earth Mystery School
If Earth Mystery School cancels a retreat for any reason, all students will receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
If Earth Mystery School reschedules a retreat, students who cannot attend the new dates may request a full refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
3.6 Force Majeure
Earth Mystery School is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or venue closures. In such cases, Earth Mystery School will make every reasonable effort to offer a credit or rescheduled date in lieu of a refund, but no refund is guaranteed beyond what is required by applicable law.

3.7 No-Show
Failure to attend a retreat without prior written cancellation constitutes a no-show. No refund and no credit will be issued.
3.8 Travel and Accommodation Costs
Earth Mystery School is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the student in connection with a retreat, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Students are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. Earth Mystery School will provide documentation of cancellation upon request to support an insurance claim.
3.9 International Retreats: Additional Requirements
All participants in Earth Mystery School retreats held outside the United States are subject to the additional requirements set out in the Earth Mystery School International Retreat Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Waiver (the “Waiver”). A signed Waiver is required as a condition of participation and must be returned to [email protected] before your registration is confirmed.
In addition to the cancellation and refund terms set out in Sections 3.1 through 3.8 of this Refund Policy, international retreat participants are subject to the following requirements:
- Mandatory travel insurance meeting the minimum coverage requirements set out in the Waiver must be obtained and proof provided to EMS no later than 30 days before the retreat start date. Failure to provide proof of insurance by this deadline may result in cancellation of your registration. The 5% administrative fee applies to any resulting refund.
- Earth Mystery School LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Incidents occurring at retreats held in foreign jurisdictions may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. EMS’s liability in connection with any such incident is governed by the terms of the Waiver.
- EMS is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages that are or should be covered by your mandatory travel insurance policy, including but not limited to medical expenses, emergency evacuation costs, or trip cancellation losses.
SECTION 4: 1:1 SESSIONS WITH LIZZIE
4.1 Booking and Confirmation
All 1:1 sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking. Your session time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations directly impact our ability to offer that time to other students.
4.2 Cancellation by Student
(a) More than 48 hours before the scheduled session:
You may reschedule your session at no charge. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
(b) Within 48 hours of the scheduled session:
The session is forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
(c) No-show:
Failure to attend without prior written notice results in forfeiture of the session. No refund or reschedule will be offered.
4.3 Cancellation by Lizzie
If Lizzie cancels a scheduled session, you will be offered a full reschedule within 30 days at a mutually agreed time. If no suitable time is identified within 30 days, a full refund will be issued.
4.4 Packages and Bundles
If you have purchased a package of multiple 1:1 sessions:
- Unused sessions may be rescheduled with 48+ hours written notice
- Unused sessions are non-refundable
- Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired sessions are forfeited without refund.
SECTION 5: CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
We ask that you contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact and Earth Mystery School determines the charge was valid under this policy, we reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment provider and pursue recovery of the disputed amount.
Students who initiate chargebacks without prior communication may have their access to Earth Mystery School programs and retreats permanently revoked.
SECTION 6: HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Your request must include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at purchase
- The program or retreat name
- Your date of purchase
- The reason for your request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
SECTION 7: POLICY UPDATES
Earth Mystery School reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our programs following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
